Health Systems and Health Costs -- Canada versus the USA

Paul Krugman tells us what we (should) already know: Canada has a single payer health system (i.e. a government run system), has as good or better health outcomes, and medical care is much cheaper in Canada. Well, some of us already knew that, like Sarah Palin, who has taken her family to Canada to take advantage of its health care system. Well, that was a long time ago, before she realized it was socialism.
