Using an iphone's Glass Back as an Old School Collodion Photograph Plate

Evidently unaware that the iphone comes with a built-in camera, photographer Jake Potts improvised and used the glass back of his iphone to take and develop a collodion photograph.  You know, the kind of photo they made in the 1850's. Exciting, but a one-shot deal. BTW, from personal knowledge I can tell you replacing the glass back of an iphone costs about $30. Via THM.
